Time Card Calculator by Employee Calculators

How to add a calculator to your site

  1. Choose a calculator above and try it in the live preview.
  2. Select Copy embed code. The code is an iframe, a one-line credit, and an optional script that fits the frame to its content.
  3. Paste it into your page as HTML: a Custom HTML block in WordPress, a Code block in Squarespace, an Embed HTML element in Wix, or an Embed element in Webflow.
  4. Publish the page and try a calculation.

What every widget includes

  • The same tested formulas as the full calculator, with live results and input checks.
  • Overtime, breaks, overnight shifts, and pay periods handled the same way as on our site, as described in our methodology.
  • No ads, analytics, or cookies. Entries stay in the visitor's browser.
  • Automatic updates: fixes reach your page without changing your code.

Who uses calculator widgets

Payroll and bookkeeping firms add the time card and gross pay calculators to client resource pages. Staffing agencies and HR teams put the overtime, shift differential, and PTO calculators on employee portals. Career sites and personal-finance bloggers place the hourly to salary and job offer calculators inside articles, and freelancers' communities use the freelance rate and utilization calculators.

Widget FAQ

Is the widget really free?

Yes. There is no sign-up, no fee, and no limit on page views. We ask only that you keep the one-line credit under the calculator.

Does the widget show ads or track my visitors?

No. The widget loads no ads, no analytics, and sets no cookies. Everything a visitor types stays in their browser and is never sent to us. The widget loads the Geist font from Google Fonts, like the rest of our site.

Will it work on WordPress, Squarespace, Wix, or Webflow?

Yes. Paste the code into an HTML block. If your site builder removes scripts, turn off auto-fit height: the calculator still works inside a fixed-height frame.

Does it work on phones?

Yes. The calculator adapts to the width of your page, and auto-fit keeps the frame exactly as tall as the calculator, with no inner scroll bars.

Can I change the default values or colors?

Not yet. Every widget opens with the same defaults as the calculator page. Visitors can change any value.

What happens when you update a calculator?

Your page updates automatically. Formula fixes and improvements reach your widget without any change to your code.

By embedding a widget you agree to our terms: use it on any lawful website, keep the credit line, and do not present the calculator as your own.
